From the decision · page 1Defendant seeks reconsideration of the Findings and Order and Award (F&A), issued by the workers' compensation administrative law judge (WCJ) on May 24, 2022, wherein the WCJ found in pertinent part that applicant sustained injury arising out of and in the course of employment (AOE/COE) with the Tampa Bay Devil Rays (Devil Rays) during the period from June 1996 until September 1999 to various body parts, which resulted in temporary disability (TD) for the period from August 1, 1999 through November 1, 1999.
