Defendant stipulated to the temporary disability indemnity rate based on aggregate earnings from both employments, and failed to show good cause to withdraw from the stipulation or provide substantial evidence that applicant's IHSS earnings should be excluded after her mother's death. The evidence showed applicant was totally disabled and unable to work either job after August 22, 2021.
