From the decision · page 1On April 30, 2021, lien claimant Comprehensive Outpatient Surgery Center filed a Petition for Reconsideration from the April 5, 2021 Order Granting Costs and Sanctions Against Lien Claimant (Order) by the workers' compensation administrative law judge (WCJ). The WCJ has sua sponte vacated the April 5, 2021 Order. Therefore, lien claimant's petition has been rendered moot and will be dismissed. A hearing in this matter is currently set for June 2, 2021.
