From the decision · page 1The Appeals Board has been advised that, while this matter has been pending on reconsideration, the Petition for Reconsideration of the decision issued on March 20, 2020 has been withdrawn by petitioner. Therefore, as our decision after reconsideration, we vacate our grant of reconsideration and dismiss the Petition for Reconsideration.
