The WCAB granted reconsideration, amended the WCJ's decision to defer issues of temporary disability, EDD lien, permanent disability, attorney's fees, and date of injury for further proceedings.
The March 3, 2020 Findings and Award and Order is affirmed except that the findings and award of temporary disability and EDD reimbursement are rescinded. The liens of Dr. Haronian, California Interpreters, Spine and Ortho Center, and the Employment Development Department are disallowed.
The WCAB rescinded the WCJ's Findings of Fact, Orders and Opinion on Decision and returned the matter to the trial level for further proceedings to develop the medical record.
