Petition for Reconsideration granted; July 28, 2025 Findings of Fact and Order amended to find applicant entitled to Subsequent Injuries Benefits Trust Fund benefits; issue of attorney's fees deferred to trial level.
The Findings of Fact issued by the WCJ on November 8, 2021, are rescinded and substituted with a new decision finding applicant entitled to a 50% increase in compensation per Labor Code section 4553 calculated based on the enhanced IDL payments received.
